Such a nice place for breakfast. Great ambience, tidy, modern, amazing to go with family friends and I would say even to work remote for a couple of hours. I tried the caramel and cappuccino and it was avocado toast with bacon was amazing and the eggs Benedict’s with bacon and ham as well. Very good portion size. Plenty of free parking it is on the expensive side, but it is definitely worthy!

We visited Pur and Simple for the first time today, won’t be our last. Greeted by server with a smile and great attitude, food was delicious, plentiful and display was great. Totally loved the atmosphere. So many great choices to choose from. We will be back when in Fredericton again.

First time visiting, was a nice and friendly Atmosphere. Menu is big and has selection for anyone. Sever was knowledgeable and friendly. Food came quickly and was hot and tasty. Will definitely visit again.... get the fresh squeezed orange, didn't disappoint.

Great place for brunch! Service was friendly and food came out pretty fast for a packed house!! Kids loved their sweet crepe and we enjoyed the Benedict dishes!

Phenomenal food, amazing attentive and kind staff. The girls were seriously so hard working and constantly running around, but still always checking on us. The food was also so amazing so kudos to the kitchen staff as well. I'll be coming back again for sure.

The best breakfast restaurant I’ve been to in a long time. Came for Birthday Breakfast with the family and ordered Ray’s Extravaganza Breakfast skillet. My family had the Breakfast Poutine and a classic breakfast (can’t recall which one). The seasoning on my hashbrowns was amazing, the poached egg on top was cooked perfectly, and it paired very well with the hollandaise sauce, bacon, and sausage on it. I kept eating because it tasted good well after I was full. The portion was also huge. If there were two eggs, it could definitely be shared between two people. I will absolutely be going back. Also, the server was extremely attentive, chirpy, smiley, and helpful, which was absolutely appreciated.

This place is fantastic. Every time I come here the food is perfect and the staff is friendly. Be sure to try the home fries and smoothies, you won't regret it. FYI, they don't take reservations on the weekend, but you can put your name on a wait list and should be in in 15-20 mins on a busy day. This might be the best place for breakfast in Fredericton.
